参白扶正颗粒配合阿帕替尼应用于姑息性治疗转移性乳腺癌的效果

摘要 目的探讨参白扶正颗粒配合阿帕替尼应用于转移性乳腺癌姑息性治疗的效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年3月邓州市中心医院收治的82例转移性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组予以阿帕替尼姑息性治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以参白扶正颗粒治疗,4周为1个疗程,两组均治疗3个疗程。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清血管内皮细胞生长因子受体2(VEGFR2)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、细胞免疫功能(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床控制率(DCR)78.05%(32/41)高于对照组的56.10%(23/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清VEGFR2、IGF-1水平低于对照组,CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率29.27%(12/41)与对照组21.95%(9/41)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参白扶正颗粒配合阿帕替尼姑息性治疗转移性乳腺癌患者,可提高治疗效果,降低血清VEGFR2、IGF-1水平,调节患者机体免疫功能,安全性较高。
