2016年江苏省如皋市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况分析

目的分析2016年江苏省如皋市年恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡情况,为更好地开展肿瘤防治工作提供参考。方法依据中国肿瘤登记质量的有关要求和标准,按性别、年龄及不同肿瘤类型分层计算江苏省如皋市2016年恶性肿瘤发病率、死亡率、标化率及前10位恶性肿瘤的顺位,并分析如皋市恶性肿瘤5年发病和死亡趋势。结果2016年如皋市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为383.99/10万(男性440.90/10万,女性327.64/10万),中标率为182.18/10万,世标率为177.91/10万;恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为275.53/10万(男性344.35/10万,女性207.39/10万),中标率为123.10/10万,世标率为120.49/10万。2016年如皋市恶性肿瘤发病第1位的是食管癌(粗发病率为81.24/10万,中标率为32.99/10万),依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、不明原发部位恶性肿瘤、子宫颈癌和前列腺癌,前10位恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤新发病例的84.10%,2016年如皋市恶性肿瘤死亡第1位的是食管癌(粗死亡率为65.30/10万,中标率为26.23/10万),依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌和结直肠癌、胰腺癌、不明原发部位恶性肿瘤、胆囊癌、淋巴瘤和乳腺癌,前10位恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的86.58%。2012—2016年,如皋市恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均呈上升趋势。结论江苏省如皋市恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率处于较高水平,其中,食管癌发病率和死亡率最高,应及时开展食管癌早期筛查和高危人群干预工作。

Objective To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Rugao city of Jiangsu province in 2016.Methods According to the quality control standard of cancer registration,the incidence rate,mortality rate,standardized rate and the rank of the first 10 malignant tumors were calculated by gender,age and tumor types in 2016 in Rugao city,Jiangsu province.Results In 2016,the incidence rate of malignant tumors in Rugao was 383.99/105(male:440.90/105;female:327.64/105),China population standardization rate was 182.18/105,and the world standard rate was 177.91/105.The crude mortality rate of malignant tumor was 275.53/105(male:344.35/105;female:207.39/105),the China population standardization rate was 123.10/105,and the world standard rate was120.49/105.In 2016,first place of the incidence of malignant tumors in Rugao was esophageal cancer with the incidence rate of 81.24/105 and the China population standardization rate of 32.99/105.Other major tumors included lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,pancreatic cancer,malignant tumor of unknown primary location,cervical cancer and prostate cancer.The top ten malignant tumors accounted for 84.10%of all new cases of malignant tumors.Esophageal cancer is the number one death from malignant tumors in Rugao in 2016(crude mortality rate:65.30/105,China population standardization rate:26.23/105),followed by lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer,pancreatic cancer,malignant tumor with unknown primary location,gallbladder cancer,lymphoma and breast cancer.The top ten malignant tumors accounted for 86.58%of all malignant tumor deaths.The incidence and mortality of males were significantly higher than that of females.Conclusion The incidence rate and mortality rate of malignant tumors in Rugao city of Jiangsu province are at a high level.The incidence rate and mortality rate of esophageal cancer are the highest one.Early screening and high-risk intervention work should be carried out in time.
