围手术期疲劳测评量表在胃癌患者术前癌因性疲乏状况分析中的应用价值

Application value of perioperative fatigue assessment scale in the analysis of preoperative cancer-related fatigue in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨围手术期疲劳测评量表(ICFS)在评估胃癌患者术前癌因性疲乏(CRF)中的应用价值。方法选取2017年10月至2019年12月河南省人民医院接受手术治疗的98例胃癌患者作为研究对象,分别采用ICFS和Piper疲乏修订量表(以下简称Piper量表)对患者进行CRF评分,分析ICFS的信度及与Piper量表相关性。结果术前患者的CRF评分显著低于术后的CRF评分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022);内部一致性ICFS的信度总Cronbachα系数为0.838;相关性分析显示,ICFS疲劳状况得分、疲劳结果得分和总得分与Piper量表得分的相关系数分别为0.524、0.661及0.758,两种量表的各项得分差异有统计学意义(t=3.622,P=0.034;t=3.492,P=0.027;t=3.885,P=0.018);化疗组和未化疗组间ICFS疲乏状况评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.34,P=0.02)。结论ICFS内部一致性和实证效度良好,可有效评估胃癌患者的术前CRF。

Objective To explore the application value of the Identity-Consequence Fatigue Scale(ICFS)in the assessment of preoperative cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Totally 98 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the ICFS and Piper Fatigue Revision Scale(Piper score)were used to score the patients of CRF.The reliability of ICFS and its correlation with Piper score were also analyzed.Results The preoperative CRF score of patients was significantly lower than the postoperative CRF score,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).The total Cronbachαcoefficient of internal consistency ICFS reliability was 0.838.At the same time,the correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficients of ICFS fatigue status score,fatigue result score,total score with Piper scale score were0.524,0.661 and 0.758,respectively.The differences in the scores of the two scales were statistically significant(t=3.622,P=0.034;t=3.492,P=0.027;t=3.885,P=0.018).The ICFS score difference between the chemotherapy group and the non-chemotherapy group was statistically significant(t=2.34,P=0.02).Conclusion ICFS has good internal consistency and empirical validity,which can effectively evaluate preoperative CRF in patients with gastric cancer.
