福州市2011—2018年居民胃癌死亡及减寿分析

Analysis on death cause of gastric cancer in Fuzhou city from 2011 to 2018

目的分析福州市居民胃癌死亡的原因分布,为制定胃癌的综合防治策略和措施提供依据。方法采用入户调查的方法,按ICD—10的标准和方法进行死因分类,对福州市2011—2018年居民胃癌死亡状况进行全面分析。结果2011—2018年福州市居民胃癌死亡11318例,平均死亡率为28.21/10万,男性高于女性(Z=41.682,P<0.001),城市略高于农村(Z=0.404,P>0.05);45岁以上人群是胃癌死亡率高发人群。居民减寿率为1.39‰、潜在工作损失率2.05‰,胃癌对男性潜在寿命损失和潜在工作损失的影响较女性大,分别为1.80‰和2.73‰,0.96‰和1.33‰。结论胃癌是威胁福州市居民的主要死亡原因之一,且对男性影响更大,应采取综合性干预措施,预防或减少胃癌的发生。

Objective To explore the distribution of gastric cancer death in Fuzhou city,and to provide evidences and recommendations for making policy for comprehensive prevention of gastric cancer.Methods Through the household survey,the death cause of gastric cancer in Fuzhou city from 2011 to 2018 were overall analyzed according to the standard and method of ICD-10.Results Totally 11318 deaths from gastric cancer were reported in Fuzhou city from 2011 to 2018 with the average mortality rate of 28.21/100000,and the mortality rate in males was higher than that in females(Z=41.682,P<0.001).Urban mortality was slightly higher than rural(Z=0.404,P>0.05).People above45 years old was the high-risk group.The rate of years of potential life lost(YPLL)and working years of potential life lost(WYPLL)among residents was 1.39‰and 2.05‰respectively.The influences of potential life lost and potential working life lost from gastric cancer in male’s were more conspicuous than those in females,which the rate of YPLL and WYPLL in males was 1.80‰and 2.73‰respectively,while those in female’s was 0.96‰and 1.33‰respectively.Conclusion Gastric cancer has become the main cause of death among residents in Fuzhou city,and the influence in males is more conspicuous.It is necessary to carry out the comprehensive intervention measures to prevent and decrease the incidence rate of gastric cancer.
