奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶用于脑血栓治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Sodium Ozagrel Combined with Thrombolysis Enzyme for Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探究奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶用于脑血栓治疗的临床效果分析。方法选取我科室收治的60例脑血栓者作为研究对象,按随机对照实验方法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。结果两组患者用药后,治疗组的总有效率为93%,显著高于对照组73%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状改善时间比较,治疗组更优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C指标均下降,但治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时在药物不良反应率方面,治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶可改善脑血栓患者临床症状,减少药物对患者的不良反应,降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect analysis of ozagrel sodium combined with thrombolysis enzyme for cerebral thrombosis.Methods 60 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted in our department were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93%vs.73%,P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group by comparison of the symptoms improving time of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The TC,TG and LDL-C indexes of the two groups were decreased after treatment,whereas the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,in terms of the adverse drug reaction rate,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sodium ozagrel combined with thrombolysis enzyme can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral thrombosis,reduce the adverse reactions of drugs to patients,reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and the curative effect is significant,which is worth promotion.
