卡前列甲酯栓联合宫腔观察吸引手术系统用于早期高危妊娠人工流产患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of Carboprost Methylate Suppository Combined with Hysteroscopy Suction Surgery System in Treatment of Induced Abortion with Early High-Risk Pregnancy

目的:探讨卡前列甲酯栓与宫腔观察吸引手术系统联合用于早期高危妊娠人工流产患者的临床效果。方法:纳入2018年1月至2019年1月南宁市第六人民医院400例早期高危妊娠且自愿人工流产患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组200例。对照组患者单纯采用宫腔观察吸引手术系统进行手术以终止妊娠,观察组患者于术前加用卡前列甲酯栓并联合宫腔观察吸引手术系统进行手术以终止妊娠。比较两组患者手术相关指标、对宫颈软化的总满意率以及手术并发症发生率的差异。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后阴道流血时间及术后阴道流血量均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对宫颈软化的总满意率为97.00%(194/200),明显高于对照组的86.00%(172/200),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术并发症总发生率为1.00%(2/200),明显低于对照组的7.00%(14/200),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于早期高危妊娠人工流产患者,卡前列甲酯栓与宫腔观察吸引手术系统联合应用有较好的效果,可缩短手术时间、阴道流血时间,减少术中出血量、阴道流血量,提高患者对宫颈软化的满意度,且并发症较少。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of carboprost methylate suppository combined with hysteroscopy suction surgery system in treatment of induced abortion with early high-risk pregnancy.METHODS:400 patients with early high-risk pregnancy and voluntary induced abortion admitted into the Sixth People’s Hospital of Nanning from Jan.2018 to Jan.2019 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group via random number table,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopy suction surgery system to terminate pregnancy,while the observation group was given carboprost methylate suppository before surgery based on the control group to terminate pregnancy.Differences in surgery-related indices,general satisfaction with cervical softening and incidences of complication were compared between two groups.RESULTS:The duration of surgery,amount of bleeding,duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding and amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the general satisfaction with cervical softening of observation group was 97.00%(194/200),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.00%,172/200),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of complication of observation group was 1.00%(2/200),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(7.00%,14/200),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:For patients with early high-risk undergoing induced abortion,the combination of carboprost methylate suppository and hysteroscopy suction surgery system has a good effect,which can shorten the duration of surgery and vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and vaginal bleeding,improve patient’s satisfaction with cervical softening,with few complications.
