益母草注射液临床联合用药研究进展

益母草注射液是从唇形科植物益母草中提取有效物质制成的中成药制剂,主要成分为益母草总生物碱,主要功效为调经止血,具有收缩子宫等作用。本研究通过系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和PubMed等数据库,对益母草注射液临床联合用药的文献进行梳理,开展综述分析。结果显示,卡前列甲酯栓给药方便,与益母草注射液联合应用缩宫止血效果好。米索前列醇与益母草注射液联合应用起协同作用,使子宫收缩时间更长,米索前列醇直肠给药防治产后出血疗效显著。卡前列甲酯栓与益母草注射液联合应用不适用于妊娠高血压患者的产后出血;缩宫素注射液与益母草注射液联合应用可用于预防妊娠高血压患者剖宫产后出血,但缩宫素注射液半衰期短,且药物剂量与促进子宫收缩效果不完全呈正相关。卡前列素氨丁三醇半衰期长,与益母草注射液联合应用可缩短第三产程持续时间,改善凝血功能。益母草注射液与上述4种药物联合应用,对预防和治疗产后出血均有较好效果。临床应用时,应综合考虑围产期妇女是否有其他综合征、药物的作用特点及不良反应等因素,使益母草注射液的临床联合用药达到更好的疗效。希望本研究可以为益母草注射液临床联合用药和进一步深入研究提供参考和借鉴。

Motherwort injection is a kind of Chinese patent medicine preparation prepared by extracting effective substance from the motherwort herb of the labiatae family.The main component is the total alkaloid of motherwort,whose main function is to regulate menstruation and stop bleeding,and has the effect of contracting the uterus.This study systematically retrieved the databases of CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and PubMed to comb the literature on the clinical drug combination of motherwort injection,and then carried out the review and analysis.The results of the study showed that the carboprost methylate suppositorites was easy to be administered,and the combination with the motherwort injection was effective in contracting the uterus and uterine bleeding.The drug combination of misoprostol and motherwort injection had synergistic effect,which made the uterine contraction time longer,and the effect of rectal administration of misoprostol on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage was significant.Carboprost methylate suppositories combined with motherwort injection was not suitable for postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Oxytocin injection combined with motherwort injection can be used to prevent postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section of pregnancy-induced hypertension,but the half-life of oxytocin injection was short.And the drug dose was not completely positively related to the effect of promoting uterine contraction.Carboprost trometamine injection had a long half-life,and carboprost trometamine injection combined with motherwort injection can shorten the duration of the third stage of labor and improve coagulation function.Motherwort injection combined with the above four drugs had significant effect on the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.In clinical application,it is necessary to comprehensively consider whether perinatal women have other syndromes,the characteristics of the drug’s effects and adverse reactions,so that the clinical combined use of motherwort injection can achieve better efficacy.In clinical application,it is necessary to comprehensively consider whether perinatal women have other syndromes,the characteristics of the drug’s effects and adverse drug reactions,so that the clinical drug combination of motherwort injection can achieve better efficacy.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the application and further research of clinical drug combination of motherwort injection.
