双音节形容词重叠范围的变化——以“可可爱爱”为例

Changes in the Overlapping Range of disyllabic Adjective——taking可可爱爱(kekeaiai)as an example

检索语料库《汉语形容词用法词典》中的849个双音节形容词重叠情况,发现双音节形容词重叠范围扩大,且重叠能力呈现等级序列。本文以双音节形容词“可爱”为例,探讨其重叠能力出现变化是受类推作用、构词语素“可”的语义磨蚀和重叠的主观性凸显等因素的影响。

This paper investigates 849 disyllabic adjectives involved inthe dictionary of Chinese adjective usage(compiled by Zheng Huaide and Meng Qinghai)by corpus retrieval and draws the conclusion that the overlapping range of disyllabic adjectives has expanded.Besides,this paper divides the overlapping adjectives into three categories according to the overlapping ability.Taking the disyllabic adjective Ke'ai(cute)as an example,this paper discusses the reasons for the change of its overlapping ability,such as the influence of analogy,the semantic erosion of the word forming morpheme(Ke)and the subjectivity of overlap.
