钛合金扫描振镜激光-TIG复合焊接工艺研究 被引量:3

Research on Scanning Galvanometer Laser-TIG Hybrid Welding Process of Titanium Alloy

摘要 基于6 mm厚TC4钛合金扫描振镜激光-TIG复合焊接试验,着重研究了焊接电流、送丝速度、多参数协同作用对复合焊缝成形的影响。结果表明,在复合焊接过程中,焊接电流对焊缝熔宽的影响较大,激光功率对焊缝熔深的影响较大,送丝速度同时对焊缝余高和熔深产生较大的影响。此外,只有当焊接电流达到一定阈值时,焊缝表面没有明显的焊接飞溅,且该阈值与激光焊接热输入呈反相关。因此,若想获得良好的复合焊接质量,应控制合理的送丝速度并与复合焊接的整体热输入相匹配。 Based on the experiments of scanning galvanometer laser-TIG hybrid welding TC4 titanium alloy with 6 mm thickness,the effects of welding current,wire feed speed and multi-parameters synergy on the weld appearance were studied.The results show that the weld width is mainly affected by the welding current and the weld depth is mainly affected by the laser power during the hybrid welding process.Meanwhile,the wire feed speed has a greater impact on the weld reinforcement and penetration.Besides,when the welding current reaches a certain threshold,there is no obvious welding spatter on the surface of the weld,and the threshold is closely related to the heat input of the laser welding.Therefore,if the good hybrid welding quality is obtained,a reasonable wire feed speed should be controlled and the overall heat input of the hybrid welding should be matched.
