摘要 基于激光选区烧结(SLS)的增材成形方式,采用PSB粉末材料,探究不同工艺参数下制件密度与力学性能和微观组织之间的对应关系。结果表明,试件拉断力F的大小与制件密度呈大致线性相关,密度越大,拉断力F越大,塑性变形也越好,组织越致密。但当密度上升到850 kg/m^3左右时,塑性变形反而变低,制件尺寸精度严重下降,通过组织结构能明显看出已烧结至熔化。所以,在过度烧结后,不能再以密度定义成形质量的好坏。 Based on the forming method of laser selective sintering(SLS),Using PSB powder,the relationship between density,mechanical properties and microstructure of the parts under different processing parameters is explored.The results show that the magnitude of the tensile force F is approximately linear with the density of the workpiece.The higher the density,the greater the tensile force F,the better the plastic deformation and the denser the structure.However,when the density rises to about 850 kg/m^3,the plastic deformation decreases,and the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece declines seriously.As a result,the sintering to melting can be clearly seen by the structure of the workpiece.Therefore,after excessive sintering,the forming quality can no longer be defined by density.
