关于语言文字规范标准建设的几点思考

On the Establishment of Language Regulations and Standards

学习《国家语言文字事业"十三五"发展规划》和《国家语委"十三五"科研规划》后,笔者对语文规范标准建设问题提出六点思考:(一)全面、深入地了解新中国语文规范标准建设的历史进程,有利于做好今天的语文规范标准建设;(二)语文规范标准建设要顺势而为;(三)语文规范标准建设要在历时和共时两个维度上做好衔接;(四)语文规范标准的文本要在规范使用国家通用语言文字方面做出表率;(五)规范型语文辞书建设在语文规范标准建设中具有战略意义;(六)语文规范意识的养成、普及需要举办知识竞赛。

After studying the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Cause of National Languages and Characters and the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Scientific Research of the State Language Commission,the author puts forward six points of reflection on the establishment of language regulations and standards:(1)a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the historical process of the construction of Chinese regulations and standards after the foundation of the People’s republic of China is conducive to the establishment of current Chinese regulations and standards;(2)the establishment of language standards should move on with the development of the language;(3)the establishment of Chinese regulations and standards should be well connected in diachronic and synchronic dimensions;(4)the text of Chinese regulations and standards should set an example in standardizing the use of standard Chinese;(5)the compilation of standardized Chinese dictionaries is of strategic significance in the establishment of Chinese regulations and standards;and(6)knowledge competition is requisite in developing the consciousness of standardized use of standard Chinese and popularization of regulation on standard Chinese.
