本文从国家级普通话水平测试员培训考核班培训内容的发展和1~60期学员情况的调查分析这两个角度入手,对国家级普通话水平测试员的队伍现状做了大致勾勒,并在此基础上对国家级普通话水平测试员培训考核班的培训和国家级普通话水平测试员的队伍发展提出了进一步的思考。

Starting with the development of the training content of the national Putonghua proficiency testers’training and assessment program as well as the investigation and analysis of the program(sessions 1-60)trainees’situations,this article outlines the status quo of the national Putonghua proficiency testers,and proposes further reflections on the training and development of national Putonghua proficiency testers.
