A Community of Shared Future for Mankind and the Construction of Language Resource Library of China’s Neighboring Countries

以人类命运共同体为背景,在"一带一路"建设框架下,正在建设的中国周边国家语言资源库,遵循语言铺路和语言和谐理念,秉承共商共创共建共享的原则,创建"语保+"模式,以统一的设计模板为规范,以规模大、功能强、开放且可持续深度开发及应用的多模态语言资源库为目标,构建集语言学习、语言研究和语言保护于一体的多模态语言资源库。该资源库的开发,是语保工程中国经验的深度实践,也将为"一带一路"沿线国家语言资源库的建设提供可资借鉴的中国方案。

In the context of forging"a community of shared future for mankind"and within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative,following the philosophies of language as pavement and language harmony,as well as adhering to the principles of joint consultation,cocreating,collaborative construction and shared use,we aim to build a large-scale,powerful,open,sustainable multi-modal language resource library which follows a unified template and binds language learning,language research and language protection all together,and thus to create a"language protection+"mode.The development of this language resource library puts the experience of China’s language protection into further practice,and is believed to be able to provide an example for countries along the Belt and Road on the construction scheme of language resource library.
