福建省一般成年人群尿中镍、钴、锰水平监测分析

Monitoring and analysis on levels of nickel,cobalt and manganese in the urine of the general adult population in Fujian province

摘要 目的监测福建省一般成年人群尿中镍、钴、锰水平,为镍、钴、锰中毒诊断和治疗提供参考。方法从2020年1月-2023年2月来福建省职业病与化学中毒预防控制中心进行健康查体的一般成年人群中,选择477例作为研究对象。以钪(^(45)Sc)作为在线内标物质,尿液样品经0.5%硝酸稀释后,采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定尿中镍、钴、锰水平。结果该人群尿中镍的水平范围(P_(5)~P_(95))为0.51~7.72μg/L,尿中钴的水平范围(P_(5)~P_(95))为0.04~1.12μg/L,尿中锰的水平范围(P_(5)~P_(95))为0.13~2.48μg/L。女性尿中钴水平高于男性(Z=-2.293,P<0.05)。尿中镍水平与年龄呈正相关(r=0.257,P<0.05)。结论福建省一般成年人群尿中镍、钴、锰水平的几何均值分别为2.24、0.35、0.56μg/L,可为一般成年人群镍、钴、锰中毒的诊断和治疗提供参考。 Objective To monitor the levels of urinary nickel,cobalt,and manganese in the general adult population of Fujian province,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of nickel,cobalt,and manganese poisoning.Methods A total of 477individuals from the general adult population who underwent examination at the Fujian Provincial Center for Occupational Disease and Chemical Poisoning Prevention and Control from January 2020to February 2023were collected.Using 45Sc as the internal standard substance online,the levels of urinary nickel,cobalt,and manganese were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after dilution with 0.5%nitric acid.Results The levels of urinary nickel in the general adult population ranged from 0.51to 7.72μg/L(P_(5)~P_(95)),urinary cobalt ranged from 0.04to 1.12μg/L(P_(5)~P_(95)),and urinary manganese ranged from 0.13to 2.48μg/L(P_(5)~P_(95)).Urinary cobalt levels were higher in females than in males(Z=-2.293,P<0.05),and urinary nickel levels were positively correlated with age(r=0.257,P<0.05).Conclusion The geometric mean values of urinary nickel,cobalt and manganese levels in the general adult population in Fujian province are 2.24,0.35and 0.56μg/L,respectively,which can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of nickel,cobalt and manganese poisoning in the general adult population.
