2018年十堰市郧阳区村医参与预防接种工作的现状调查

Survey on the status of village doctors involved in vaccination, Yunyang district,Shiyan city,2018

目的了解村医参与预防接种情况。方法2018年6月采取分层和整群抽样相结合的抽样方法,对十堰市郧阳区村医开展预防接种情况问卷调查,进行描述性分析。结果共调查了120名村医,直接开展预防接种的村医占12.50%;认为村级没必要参与预防接种占45.83%;认为村级预防接种困难主要为儿童家长对村级接种不信任占43.33%;认为预防接种项目经费不能满足工作需要占46.67%。结论村医预防接种作用弱化,村级预防接种经费考核应采取定补加工作量考核相结合的方式,提高经费所占比。

Objective To understand the involvement of village doctors in vaccination.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey to village doctors to understand the status of vaccination,and the data was descriptively analyzed in Yunyang district,Shiyan city in 2018.Results A total of 120 village doctors were surveyed.The village doctors who directly carried out vaccination in the whole district accounted for 12.50%;those who considered it was unnecessary to participate in vaccination accounted for 45.83%;those who considered the village-level vaccination difficulty was mainly due to the fact that the parents of the children did not trust the village level vaccination accounted for 43.33%;those who considered the expenditures for the vaccination could not meet work needs accounted for 46.67%.Conclusion The role of village doctors in vaccination is weakened.The village-level vaccination fund assessment should be based on the combination of fixed and supplementary workload assessment,and the proportion of funds should be increased.
