利用SSR标记分析云南昭通14个玉米品种的遗传多样性 被引量:1

摘要 利用中国农业行业标准(NY/T 1432-2014)推荐的SSR核心引物分析云南昭通14个玉米品种的遗传多样性.结果表明:18对SSR引物在14个品种间具有多态性,共扩增出87个多态性片段,平均每对引物检测到4.8个多态性片段,变幅为2~9;Nei’s遗传多样性指数为0.133~0.463,平均为0.335;Shannon信息指数为0.257~0.655,平均为0.504;SSR多态信息量(PIC)平均值为0.585,变幅为0.328~0.848.遗传相似系数变幅为0.097~0.802,平均0.439.聚类分析结果显示,在遗传相似系数0.68处可将14个品种划分为5类.研究结果为云南昭通市玉米种质改良和新品种选育提供理论和技术支持. The genetic diversity of 14 maize cultivars grown in Zhaotong were carried out based on SSR primers recommended by Chinese agricultural industry standard(NY/T 1432-2014).The results showed that 18 pairs of SSR primers were polymorphic among 14 varieties,and 87 polymorphic fragments were detected.The number of polymorphic fragments detected by each pair of primers was 2 to 9,with an average of 4.8.The Nei’s genetic diversity index was 0.133 to 0.463,with an average of 0.335.The Shannon information index was 0.257 to 0.655,with an average of 0.504.The SSR polymorphic information(PIC)distribution ranged from 0.328 to 0.848,with an average of 0.585.The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.097 to 0.802,with an average of 0.439.The cluster analysis showed when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.68,14 varieties were divided into 5 groups.The results can provide theoretical and technical support for breeding and promotion of Zhaotong maize varieties in Yunnan province.
