摘要
以国家知识产权局专利检索系统1985年起收录的食管癌专利文献为基础,将钻石模型理论引入专利分析,从生产要素、需求条件、相关及支持产业、企业战略结构及行业竞争、机遇、政府6个要素对食管癌专利竞争态势进行分析,以期为食管癌技术研发提供借鉴。
The diamond model is introduced into patent analysis to analyze the competition situation of patents for esophageal cancer study in six terms of production factors,requirements,related and supportive industries,enterprises’strategic structure and industrial competition,opportunities and governments based on literature on patents for esophageal cancer study collected by patent retrieval system of State Intellectual Property Office(SIPO)since 1985,in the hope of serving as references for the research and development of esophageal cancer technologies.
