国内老年结核病流行病学研究现状

Research status of epidemiology of geriatric tuberculosis in China

随着我国人口老龄化加剧,老年人群结核病患病率高于其他人群,因此备受人们关注。本文通过收集汇总相关文献资料,对我国老年结核病流行特征、危险因素、发现和治疗以及防治对策加以总结,通过借鉴我国其他地区老年结核病防治经验,为沧州市有效控制老年结核病提供参考。

The incidence rate of the elder population suffering from TB is higher than that of other populations with aggravating aging of population in China,consequently drawing concerns from the masses.The paper summarizes the epidemiological characteristics,risk factors,discovery,treatment and prevention strategies for geriatric tuberculosis in China by collecting and summarizing related literature&data,and provides reference for effective control on tuberculosis of the elderly in Cangzhou by learning from the experience of other regions in China.
