江阴市一起输入性登革热疫情的调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation of an epidemic of imported dengue fever in Jiangyin

摘要 目的针对2019年江阴市一起输入性登革热疫情,开展流行病学调查、蚊媒监控,为制定科学的防控措施提供依据。方法根据《江苏省登革热防控技术方案》,对2019年6月11日江阴市报告的一起输入性登革热疫情开展流行病学调查、实验室检测和蚊媒应急监测。结果该起疫情共发生1例来自马尔代夫的输入性登革热临床诊断病例。实验室检测发现该病例登革热IgM抗体阳性、登革热IgG抗体阴性、PCR核酸检测阴性,其密切接触者各项检测结果均为阴性。用布雷图指数法和双层叠帐法监测蚊媒密度,5个蚊媒监测点的核心区和警戒区的布雷图指数均<5,叮咬指数均<2,提示伊蚊密度较低,发生本地传播的可能性较小。结论该起疫情的各项防控措施落实到位,未发生本地传播。 Objective To investigate an epidemic of imported dengue fever in Jiangyin in 2019,and carry out mosquito vector surveillance in order to provide a basis for the formulation of scientific prevention and control measures.Methods According to the Technical Scheme for the Prevention and Control of Dengue Fever in Jiangsu Province,epidemiological investigation,laboratory detection and emergency surveillance of mosquito vector were conducted on an epidemic of imported dengue fever reported on June 11 th,2019 in Jiangyin.Results One case of imported dengue fever from Maldives was reported in this epidemic.Laboratory detection results found that the IgM antibody of the patient was positive,while IgG antibody and PCR nucleic acid were tested negative.The test results of the close contacts of the patient were negative.Breteau index method and double mosquito net method were used to monitor the density of mosquito vector.Breteau index and bite index of all core areas and warning areas of five mosquito vector monitoring sites were less than 5 and 2,respectively,which suggested that the density of Aedes albopictus was low and the possibility of local transmission was small.Conclusion The prevention and control measures of this epidemic were fully implemented and no local transmission occurred.
