Analysis of surveillance results of food-borne diseases in sentinel hospitals in Zhangjiagang City from 2016 to 2018

摘要 目的分析2016-2018年张家港市食源性疾病发病趋势及病原分布变化,为有针对性地防控张家港市食源性疾病提供依据。方法收集2016-2018年张家港市哨点医院符合食源性疾病病例定义的就诊病例信息,并采集腹泻病例的粪便标本进行细菌和病毒检测。结果2016-2018年共采集1918份病例标本,检出各类细菌、病毒共351株,诺如病毒阳性最多,为161株;副溶血性弧菌117株、沙门菌67株、志贺菌3株、致病性大肠杆菌2株、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌1株。食源性致病菌检出高峰出现在第三季度,病毒的检出高峰在冬春季。20~39岁食源性病例的患病最多、检出率最高,全年均可发生,以夏秋季节最多。结论2016-2018年张家港市食源性疾病的主要病原为诺如病毒、副溶血性弧菌、沙门菌。应加强主动监测,注意全市致病病原谱的变化,同时加强健康宣教。 Objective To analyze the incidence trend of food-born diseases and changes in their pathogen distribution in Zhangjiagang City from 2016 to 2018 to provide sientific evidence for the targeted control of food-borne diseases.Methods The data of patients who met the criteria for food-borne diseases in Zhangjiagang City from 2016 to 2018 were collected,and the stool samples of cases with diarrhea were collected for bacteria and virus detection.Results Totally 1918 samples were collected in 2016-2018.There were 351 bacteria and virus strains in which Norovirus(161 strains)took up the highest proportion,followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus(117 strains),Salmonella(67 strains),Shigella(3 strains),pathogenic Escherichia coli(2 strains)and Yersinia enterocolitlca(1 strain).The high incidence of bacteria was in the third quarter,and that of virus was in winter and spring.The food-borne diseases were mainly concentrated in the age group of 20-39 years old with the highest detection rate.They occurred all year round,and most of them were distributed in summer and autumn.Conclusion From 2016 to 2018 in Zhangjiagang,the food-borne diseases were mainly caused by Norovirus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella.It is necessary to strenthen the active surveillance,focus on the changes of main pathogen spectrum in the whole city and enhance the health education.
