南宁市高一学生艾滋病知识态度行为调查分析 被引量:2

Investigation and analysis of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior among senior one students in Nanning

摘要 目的调查分析南宁市高一学生艾滋病知识态度行为,为更好地开展中学生艾滋病健康教育工作提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法抽取南宁市西乡塘区及青秀区两所中学的高一学生520名,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行现场调查。结果共发放问卷520份,收回有效问卷514份,应答率98.85%。艾滋病综合知晓率为76.89%,其中对日常生活和学习接触是否会感染艾滋病的知晓率最低,为30.93%。对艾滋病的相关态度行为方面,46.91%的男生和56.90%的女生不愿意同艾滋病病毒感染者同班上课,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.1345,P<0.05)。获得艾滋病知识途径以学校教育途径最多(80.93%)。结论南宁市中学生艾滋病知识知晓水平偏低,对艾滋病病毒感染者有一定的歧视心理。学校应进一步加强艾滋病健康教育。 Objective To investigate and analyze AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior of senior high school students in Nanning,and to provide a basis for better AIDS health education among middle school students.Methods The method of cluster random sampling was adopted to select 520 senior one high school students from two middle schools in Xixiangtang District and Qingxiu District of Nanning City.Self-designed questionnaires were used to conduct on-site investigation.Results A total of520 questionnaires were distributed and 514 valid questionnaires were collected,with a response rate of 98.85%.The overall awareness rate of AIDS was 76.89%,and the awareness rate of daily life and learning exposure to HIV infection was the lowest,at 30.93%.In terms of attitude and behavior towards AIDS,46.91%of male and 56.90%of female students were unwilling to attend class with HIV-infected patients,with statistically significant differences(χ~2=5.1345,P<0.05).School education was the most important way to acquire AIDS knowledge(80.93%).Conclusion The awareness level of AIDS knowledge among secondary school students in Nanning City is low,and they have certain discrimination against HIV-infected people.Schools should further strengthen AIDS health education.
