江苏省淮安市洪泽区2018年学校和托幼机构传染病突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics analysis of public health emergencies of infectious diseases in schools and childcare institutions in Hongze District,Huai’an City of Jiangsu Province in 2018

目的分析2018年淮安市洪泽区学校和托幼机构突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,为预防和控制突发公共卫生事件的发生提供依据。方法应用描述流行病学方法对淮安市洪泽区2018年学校和托幼机构报告的突发公共卫生事件相关资料进行分析。结果淮安市洪泽区2018年学校和托幼机构共发生突发公共卫生事件6起,其中3起为手足口病、2起为水痘、1起为诺如病毒感染,累计发病262例,平均罹患率21.64‰。对报告的及时性与事件控制效果进行Spearman秩相关分析,相关系数0.961,P<0.05,两者呈正相关。结论学校和托幼机构及时报告和处置传染病疫情,是减少传染病突发公共卫生事件的关键。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in schools and childcare institutions in Hongze District of Huai’an City in 2018 and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of public health emergencies.Methods The data related to public health emergencies reported by schools and childcare institutions in 2018 in Hongze District of Huai’an City were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results In 2018,a total of 6 public health emergencies occurred in schools and childcare institutions in Hongze District of Huai’an City,including 3 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD),2 cases of chickenpox and 1 case of norovirus infection,with a cumulative incidence of 262 cases and an average incidence rate of 21.64‰.Spearman rank correlation analysis was conducted on the timeliness of the report and the event control effect.The correlation coefficient was 0.961,P<0.05,and the two were positively correlated.Conclusion Timely reporting and handling of infectious diseases in schools and childcare institutions is the key to reducing public health emergencies of infectious diseases.
