2015-2016年上海市青浦区副溶血性弧菌菌型分布及耐药分析 被引量:3

Distribution and drug resistance analysis of vibrio parahaemolyticus in Qingpu District of Shanghai in 2015-2016

摘要 目的掌握上海市青浦区近几年副溶血性弧菌的菌型分布和耐药情况。方法搜集2015-2016年两年间副溶血性弧菌,利用血清凝集法分析血清型分布、PCR检测毒力基因分布、大流行株基因和耐药抗性基因的携带情况,采用肉汤稀释法测定副溶血性弧菌MIC值并分析其耐药性。结果在获得的202株菌株血清分型中共16种血清型,以O3群(54.95%)为主,其次是O4群(38.12%)。95.62%(n=457)的菌株携带tdh毒力基因;以tdh+的O3∶K6大流行克隆株为主,携带toxRS new和丝状噬菌体(orf8)基因。副溶血性弧菌主要对头孢唑啉、阿莫西林/克拉维酸和氨苄西林出现较严重耐药情况,耐药基因筛选结果:TEM基因有3株阳性,SHV基因有1株阳性,未发现OXA基因阳性。结论上海市青浦区副溶血性弧菌菌型以O3群为主,尤其tdh+的O3∶K6大流行克隆株,携带toxRS new和orf8基因。目前副溶血性弧菌对美国疾控中心推荐用药处于敏感状态,耐药抗性基因值得关注。 Objective To master the distribution and drug resistance of vibrio parahaemolyticus in Qingpu District of Shanghai in recent years.Methods Vibrio parahaemolyticus during the two years from 2015 to 2016 were collected.Serotype distribution was analyzed by serum agglutination method,distribution of virulence genes was detected by PCR,and the carrying status of pandemic strain genes and drug resistance genes was detected.The MIC of vibrio parahaemolyticus was determined by broth dilution method and its drug resistance was analyzed.Results Among the 202 strains obtained,there were 16 serotypes,mainly O3 group(54.95%),followed by O4 group(38.12%).95.62%(n=457)strains carried the tdh virulence genes.The tdh+O3∶K6 pandemic clones were predominant.The genes were toxRS new and filamentous phage(orf8)genes.Vibrio parahaemolyticus mainly showed severe drug resistance to Cefazolin,Amoxicillin/Clavulanic Acid and Ampicillin.Screening results of drug resistance genes:3 positive for TEM gene and one positive for SHV gene,but no positive OXA gene was found.Conclusion The major bacterial types of vibrio parahaemolyticus in Qingpu District,Shanghai were O3 group,especially tdh+O3∶K6 strains,which carried the special gene toxRS new and orf8 genes.At present,vibrio parahaemolyticus is sensitive to the drugs recommended by the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and resistance genes are worthy of attention.
