山东省昌邑市辖区内布鲁氏杆菌感染情况分析

Analysis of Brucella infection in Changyi City,Shandong Province

目的了解昌邑市布鲁氏杆菌感染情况及职业性布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)的防治现状,为布病的科学防制提供依据。方法采用血清学与流行病调查对疑似布病症状人员进行布鲁氏杆菌检测和调查,对相关资料进行统计分析。结果2016-2018年共检测889人,阳性168人,阳性率18.33%,确诊115例,隐性感染53例;2016年阳性率23.08%,患病率19.80%;2017年阳性率19.18%,患病率4.83%;2018年阳性率16.94%,患病率2.76%;感染者主要从事屠宰业、养殖业的农民;确诊病例9例存有雇佣关系,无一例进行职业性传染病诊断。结论昌邑市布鲁氏杆菌感染呈逐年下降趋势,缺少职业性布病诊断。严密监测布病疫情,加强高危人员健康教育及干预,积极识别诊断职业性布病。

Objective To understand the prevention and treatment situation of Brucella infection and occupational brucellosis(abbreviated as brucellosis)in Changyi City,and to provide evidence for the scientific prevention of brucellosis.Methods Serological and epidemiological investigations were used to detect and investigate Brucella in patients with suspected brucellosis symptoms,and statistical analysis was performed on relevant data.Results From 2016 to 2018,a total of 889 people were tested,including 168 positive cases,with a positive rate of 18.33%,115 cases were confirmed and 53 cases were recessive infection.In2016,the positive rate was 23.08%and the prevalence rate was 19.80%.In 2017,the positive rate was 19.18%and the prevalence rate was 4.83%.In 2018,the positive rate was 16.94%and the prevalence rate was 2.76%.Infected persons are mainly farmers engaged in slaughtering and breeding.9 of the confirmed cases had an employment relationship and none had been diagnosed with occupational infectious diseases.Conclusion The Brucella infection in Changyi City is decreasing year by year,and there is a lack of diagnosis of occupational brucellosis.It is necessary to closely monitor the epidemic situation of brucellosis,strengthen the health education and intervention of high-risk personnel,and actively identify and diagnose occupational brucellosis.
