磁性氧化石墨烯材料富集-快检卡对鸡肉中四环素类药物的检测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立磁性氧化石墨烯对四环素类药物进行富集,利用四环素类药物快检卡进行检测,提高四环素类药物的检测灵敏度,降低假阳性率。方法利用氧化石墨烯材料和氯化铁在一定条件下合成磁性氧化石墨烯材料,用扫描电镜对其微观结构进行表征;利用该材料富集四环素类药物后快检卡检测,与未经富集直接快检卡检测两种方法进行对比,观察两种方法检出限、假阳性率、准确性的区别,并对磁性氧化石墨烯材料的重复使用性进行验证。结果本实验方法合成的磁性氧化石墨烯材料具有均一的微观结构,具有较大的比表面积;利用本磁性氧化石墨烯材料富集,而后快检卡检测,能使快检卡的检出限降低100倍左右,灵敏度提高,假阳性率降低,准确性提高;经证实,该材料可以重复使用5次,具有很好的重复性。结论本方法合成的磁性氧化石墨烯材料可以用于鸡肉中四环素类药物的富集,将该材料的前处理方法与四环素快检卡检测方法相结合,建立新的检测方法,灵敏度和假阳性率等指标满意。 Objective The magnetic graphene oxide was established to enrich the tetracycline drugs,and the tetracycline drug rapid test card was used for detection to improve the detection sensitivity of the tetracycline drugs and reduce the false positive rate.Methods The magnetic graphene oxide materials were synthesized by using graphene oxide material and ferric chloride under certain conditions,and its microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.After using this material to enrich the tetracycline drugs,the fast check card detection was compared with the unenriched direct fast check card.The differences between the detection limit,the false positive rate and the accuracy of the two methods were observed.The reusability of the graphene oxide material was verified.Results The magnetic graphene oxide material synthesized by the experimental method had a uniform microstructure and a large specific surface area.The magnetic graphene oxide material was enriched and then detected by the fast detection card.The detection limit of the fast detection card was reduced by about 100 times,the sensitivity was improved,the false positive rate was reduced,and the accuracy was improved.Moreover,the material has been proved to be reusable 5 times with good repeatability.Conclusion The magnetic graphene oxide material synthesized by the method can be used for enrichment of tetracyclines in chicken meat.By combining the pre-treatment method of this material with the tetracycline fast check card detection method,a new detection method will be established.The sensitivity and false positive rate will be satisfactory.
