广州市三级医疗机构CT机影像质量与辐射防护结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis of CT image quality and radiation protection results in the third-class medical institutions in Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解广州市三级医疗机构CT机质量控制检测现状及机房防护状况,为更好地推进和指导辐射防护工作提供数据支持。方法抽检广州市35家三级医疗机构35台CT机,对CT机的质量控制及机房防护情况按照现行国家标准进行状态检测。结果 CT机质量控制检测合格率为94. 28%(33/35),不合格指标包括CT值(水)、CT值线形及高对比分辨力。CT机房辐射防护检测合格率为85. 71%,主要不合格位置为防护门及防护窗接缝位置。结论应加强医疗机构CT机设备维护和质量控制,定期进行稳定性检测及状态检测,确保设备处于合格、安全的工作状态;应加强机房辐射防护检测,保证工作人员及公众安全。 Objective To get an insight into the current situation of quality control and detection of CT machines in the third-class medical institutions in Guangzhou and the protection status of machine rooms,and to provide data support for better promoting and guiding radiation protection work. Methods A total of 35 CT machines were sampled from 35 third-class medical institutions in Guangzhou. The quality control of CT machines and the protection of computer rooms were detected according to the current national standards. Results The qualified rate of CT machine quality control detection was 94. 28%( 33/35). The unqualified indicators included CT value( water),CT value of linear and high contrast resolution. The qualified rate of radiation protection detection in the CT room was 85. 71%,and the main unqualified positions were the seams of protective doors and protective windows. Conclusion The maintenance and quality control of CT machine equipment in medical institutions should be strengthened,and the stability and status testing should be conducted regularly to ensure that the equipment is in a qualified and safe working state. Radiation protection detection should be strengthened in the machine room to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
