某三甲综合医院Z类药物门诊患者使用情况研究

A study on the use of class Z drugs in outpatients of a third-class general hospital

目的分析某三甲综合医院2019年1月至2021年12月门诊患者Z类药物使用情况,促进合理用药。方法收集该院2019—2021年Z类药物门诊处方,患者总体使用情况,分析其剂量、用药时长、就诊次数、就诊间隔、就诊医生数等,分析患者的用药规律和用药合理性。结果2019—2021年该院门诊有8887名患者使用Z类药物,男性患者用药剂量及疗程高于女性;用药剂量及疗程随年龄增加而增大。4.23%的患者长期、大剂量使用Z类药物,该群体中男性(51.33%)、≥75岁(40.96%)居多。结论有些患者存在长期、超剂量使用Z类药物的现象,建议加强对患者用药的个体化给药随访,保障患者的用药安全。

Objective To analyze the use of class Z drugs in outpatients of a third-class general hospital,so as to promote rational drug use.Methods Collect the outpatient prescriptions of class Z drugs in the hospital from 2019 to 2021,and the overall use by patients,analyze the dosage,duration of medication,number of visits,intervals between visits,number of doctors,etc.,and analyze the medication regularity and rationality of patients.Results From 2019 to 2021,8887 patients in the outpatient clinic of the hospital used class Z drugs,the dosage and course of treatment of male patients were higher than those of female patients,and the dose and course of treatment increased with age.4.23%of the patients used class Z drugs for a long time and high dose,and most of them were male(51.33%)and≥75 years old(40.96%).Conclusion Some patients have the phenomenon of long-term and overdose use,so the individual follow-up of patients should be strengthened to ensure the safety of drug use.
