便携式激光拉曼光谱仪快速检验七氟烷

Rapid determination of sevoflurane by portable Laser Raman spectroscopy

摘要 目的建立一种七氟烷的便携式激光拉曼光谱快速定性检验方法。方法七氟烷样品、七氟烷标准品分别放入玻璃样品瓶或者石英样品池中用便携激光拉曼光谱仪在785 nm激光器的条件下分别进行检验。结果在785 nm激光器条件下,液体样品和七氟烷标准品均有特征性丰富的拉曼位移,且二者谱图完全重合一致。结论本方法可以快速、准确地对七氟烷样品进行定性检验。 Objective To establish a method for the rapid qualitative determination of sevoflurane by means of portable laser Raman spectroscopy.Methods Sevoflurane sample and standard decibel of sevoflurane were put into quartz sample bottle or quartz sample tank and tested by portable laser Raman spectrometer under the condition of 785 nm laser.Results The liquid sample and sevoflurane standard have characteristic rich Raman shift,and the spectra of the two are completely consistent under the condition of 785nm laser.Conclusion This method can quickly and accurately qualitatively determine sevoflurane samples.
