摘要
G蛋白偶联受体(G protein-coupled receptor,GPCR)是一类体内最大的膜蛋白,由于其在多种生理过程中的作用,因此是十分重要的药物靶标。除了小分子药物外,GPCR还可以被抗体和纳米抗体作为靶标。区别于传统抗体,纳米抗体具有相对分子质量小,稳定性强等优点。以GPCR为靶点的纳米抗体在GPCR晶体结构、信号传导等研究领域起着关键作用。该文对纳米抗体类型及应用进行综述。
The family of G protein-coupled receptors(GPCR)is the largest class of membrane proteins and an important drug target due to their role in many(patho)physiological processes.Besides small molecules,GPCR can be targeted by biologicals including antibodies and nanobodies.Different from traditional antibodies,nanobodies have the advantages of small molecular weight and strong stability.The targeting GPCR of nanobodies plays a key role in the study of crystal structure and signal transduction of GPCR.The types of the nanobodies and its application status are expounded and prospected in this paper.
