VEGF、MCM7在子宫肌瘤中的表达及意义 被引量:3

Expression and Significance of VEGF and MCM7 in Uterine Leiomyoma

摘要 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微小染色体维持蛋白7(MCM7)在子宫肌瘤中的表达及意义。选取2017年7月至2018年7月在该院治疗的子宫肌瘤患者96例,其中浆膜下肌瘤26例,肌壁间肌瘤50例,混合型20例,选取正常子宫平滑肌组织(距离子宫肌瘤>5 cm)作为对照,采用免疫组化染色检测VEGF、MCM7蛋白表达,PCR检测VEGF、MCM7 mRNA表达。子宫肌瘤组织VEGF和MCM7蛋白表达平均光密度值分别为(0.366±0.101)和(0.350±0.112),VEGF和MCM7 mRNA表达分别为(0.897±0.201)和(0.904±0.211),明显高于正常平滑肌组织(P<0.05);浆膜下肌瘤、肌壁间肌瘤和混合型肌瘤VEGF、MCM7蛋白及mRNA表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VEGF蛋白与MCM7蛋白呈正相关(r=0.424,P<0.05),VEGF mRNA与MCM7 mRNA呈正相关(r=0.364,P<0.05)。VEGF、MCM7在子宫肌瘤中呈高表达,可能与子宫肌瘤的发生发展有关。 To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and microchromosome maintenance protein 7(MCM7)in uterine leiomyoma,from July 2017 to July 2018,96 patients with uterine leiomyoma were selected in our hospital,including 26 cases of subserous leiomyoma,50 cases of intramural leiomyoma and 20 cases of mixed type,normal uterine smooth muscle tissue(from uterine fibroids>5 cm)was selected as a control,immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MCM7 protein,and the expression of VEGF and MCM7 mRNA was detected by PCR.The average optical density oexpression of VEGF and MCM7 protein in uterine leiomyoma tissues was(0.366±0.101)and(0.350±0.112),the expression of VEGF and MCM7 mRNA was(0.897±0.201)and(0.904±0.211),which were significantly higher than that in normal smooth muscle tissues(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF,MCM7 protein and mRNA in the subserosal leiomyoma,intermural leiomyoma and mixed leiomyoma(P>0.05).VEGF protein was positively correlated with MCM7 protein(r=0.424,P<0.05),and VEGF mRNA was positively correlated with MCM7 mRNA(r=0.364,P<0.05).VEGF and MCM7 were highly expressed in uterine fibroids,which might be related to the occurrence and development of uterine leiomyoma.
