大剂量氨溴索的治疗效果及其在治疗重症肺炎中的临床分析

The Therapeutic Effect of High-Dose Ambroxol and its Clinical Analysis in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

随着人们的饮食生活习惯的改变,重症肺炎的发病率正在上升,对患者的生活质量和工作造成不同程度的影响。氨溴索作为治疗重症肺炎的重要药物之一,不同的剂量会导致不同的治疗效果,该研究旨在观察和分析大剂量氨溴索治疗重症肺炎的疗效。选取2018年12月至2019年12月在该院收治的80例确诊为严重肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配原则,将患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。其中,实验组的患者接受了大剂量氨溴索的治疗,而对照组则给予了小剂量氨溴索,比较两组之间的治疗效果。结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组的肺功能指标降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)显著优于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,与对照组相比,实验组的感染控制时间,重症监护住院时间和住院时间均明显减少,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在总体治疗满意度方面,实验组的总明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。大剂量氨溴索和科学的监护方法的应用可显著提高重症肺炎的治疗效果,并获得良好的治疗满意度。

To observe and analyze the effect of ambroxol in the treatment of severe pneumonia,a total of 80 patients with severe pneumonia were selected.Patients were divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the experimental group received a large dose of ambroxol,while the patients in the control group received a small dose of ambroxol.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.By comparing the lung function indexes,PCT and CRP,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The infection control time,ICU hospitalization time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the overall treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The application of large dose ambroxol and scientific monitoring method can significantly improve the treatment effect of severe pneumonia and obtain good treatment satisfaction.
