咳喘顺丸联合多索茶碱治疗慢性支气管炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Kechuanshun Pills combined with doxofylline in treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的观察咳喘顺丸联合多索茶碱片治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择2016年9月—2018年3月三亚市人民医院治疗的慢性支气管炎患者125例,采用随机数法将患者随机分为对照组(62例)和观察组(63例)。对照组采用多索茶碱片进行治疗,0.2 g/次,2次/d。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用咳喘顺丸进行治疗,5 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均接受1个月治疗。观察两组临床疗效,对比患者临床症状消失时间、炎症介质水平以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组咳痰、喘息、咳嗽3项症状消失时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6、CRP和IL-4水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论咳喘顺丸联合多索茶碱片治疗慢性支气管炎可明显改善患者临床症状,缓解炎症反应,该方法具有较好的临床疗效,安全可靠,临床应用价值较高,值得应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on Kechuanshun Pills combined with Doxofylline Tablets in treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 125 patients with chronic bronchitis treated in Sanya People’s Hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were selected.and randomly divided into control group(62 cases)and observation group(63 cases).The control group was treated with Doxofylline Tablets,0.2 g/time,twice daily.While the observation group was treated with Kechuanshun Pills on the basis of the control group,5 g/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy was observed,and the time of clinical symptoms disappear,the level of inflammatory factor,and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,clinical symptoms disappear time of expectoration,wheezing and cough in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and IL-4 in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion Kechuanshun Pills combined with Doxofylline Tablets in treatment of chronic bronchitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and relieve inflammatory reaction.This method has good clinical efficacy,safety and reliability,and high clinical application value,which is worthy of application and promotion.
