摘要
通过室内调配不同初始含水率的淤泥,研究了初始含水率对水泥固化效果的影响。研究发现,固化淤泥的无侧限抗压强度随淤泥含水率的增加呈乘幂关系下降,随着初始含水率的增加,固化淤泥的塑性增加,破坏应变增加,而黏聚力降低。随着初始含水率的增加,水分过多导致水化产物在单位体积中的数量较少,难以形成整体强度。在实际工程中,应在满足固化搅拌的施工要求下,尽量降低淤泥的初始含水率以取得较好的经济效益。
Through preparing different water contents dredged material(DM),the influences of water content on the cement solidification effect of DM are studied.Test results show that the unconfined compressive strength of cement solidified DM decreases with increasing initial water content in power relation.With the increase of initial water content,the plasticity of cement solidified DM increases,failure strain increases and cohesion decreases.With the increase of initial water content,the quantity of cement hydration products per unit volume decreases,the whole strength is low.In practical engineering,it is better to reduce the initial water content for more economical benefit.
