从玄府理论探讨手少阳三焦经远部取穴治疗耳聋的诊疗思路

From the Theory of Xuanfu to Discusses the Diagnosis and Treatment of Deafness by Acupoint Selection in the Distal Part of the Three-jiao Meridian of Hand Shaoyang

耳聋是指各种不同原因导致的听力损伤,可伴耳鸣、头晕头痛、分辨力下降,在疾病发展过程中会出现精神障碍,如焦虑、抑郁、失眠等,严重影响患者的精神状态。耳聋在当今社会发病率高,如今伴随着社会生活压力增加,在年轻人中发病率也逐渐增高。目前治疗耳聋的手段有西药、中药、针灸、助听器、人工耳蜗植入手术等,针灸治疗耳聋具有较好的疗效。从玄府理论探讨手少阳三焦经远部取穴治疗耳聋的机理,为针灸治疗耳聋提供依据。

Hearing loss refers to hearing damage caused by a variety of different reasons.It can be accompanied by tinnitus,dizziness and headache,and often reduced resolution.In the process of disease development,there mye be mental disorders,such as anxiety,depression,insomnia,etc.,which seriously affects the mental state of patients.The incidence of deafness is high in today’s society.Nowadays,with the increasing pressure of life,the incidence of deafness is also increasing among young people.At present,there are western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,hearing aid,cochlear implant surgery,acupuncture treatment of deafness has a better effect.This paper discusses the mechanism of the treatment of deafness by using the theory of Xuanfu to explore the acupoints selected from the distal part of the hand shaoyang,so as to provide the basis for the treatment of deafness by acupuncture and moxibustion.
