新型冠状病毒恢复期患者应用加减五叶芦根汤联合艾灸调适法临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect Before and After Application of Modified Wuye Lugen Decoction Combined with Moxibustion in Patients with COVID-19 in Recovery Period

目的:观察新型冠状病毒恢复期患者应用加减五叶芦根汤联合艾灸调适法前后的临床疗效,以期为新型冠状病毒恢复期患者提供诊疗方案。方法:回顾分析医院收治的18例新型冠状病毒恢复期患者(包括5例复阳患者)应用加减五叶芦根汤联合艾灸调适法前后的临床症状,并对血细胞分析、生化指标和免疫指标进行前后比较。结果:所有新型冠状病毒恢复期患者应用加减五叶芦根汤联合艾灸调适法后临床症状均有改善,15例患者的白细胞、粒细胞、淋巴细胞、CRP于应用加减五叶芦根汤联合艾灸调适法前后均在正常范围内波动,1例患者的白细胞、粒细胞、淋巴细胞、CRP应用综合疗法后恢复正常水平,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);13例患者血红蛋白应用综合疗法后在正常范围内有所波动,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);15例患者的c3、c4、IgA、IgM于应用综合疗法前后均无明显波动,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);所有患者IgG有所下降,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减五叶芦根汤联合艾灸调适法的应用对新型冠状病毒恢复期患者的诊疗具有重要的参考价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Wuye Lugen Decoction combined with moxibustion adjustment method before and after the treatment of patients with new coronavirus in recovery period,in order to provide diagnosis and treatment plan for patients in recovery period of new coronavirus.Methods:To retrospectively analyze the clinical symptoms before and after the application of modified Wuye Lugen Decoction combined with moxibustion in 18 patients in recovery period of novel coronavirus(including 5 patients with Fuyang)admitted to our hospital,and analyze blood cells,biochemical indicators and immunity The indicators are compared before and after.Results:The clinical symptoms of all patients in the recovery period of the novel coronavirus were improved after applying the modified five-leaf reed root decoction combined with moxibustion.The decoction combined with moxibustion adjustment method fluctuated within the normal range before and after.A small number of patients’white blood cells,granulocytes,lymphocytes,and CRP returned to normal levels after comprehensive therapy,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the vast majority of patients The hemoglobin fluctuates within the normal range after the application of comprehensive therapy,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the majority of patients’c3,c4,IgA,and IgM have no significant fluctuations before and after the application of comprehensive therapy,and there is no statistical difference Scientific significance(P>0.05);IgG decreased in all patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified Wuye Lugen Decoction combined with moxibustion and adjustment method has important reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with new coronavirus in recovery period.
