肾痹汤结合局部封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shenbi Decoction Combined with Local Closure in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察肾痹汤结合局部封闭疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症确诊患者60例,将其随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例,对照组采用局部封闭治疗,实验组在局部封闭治疗基础上口服肾痹汤,比较两组治疗的总有效率及治疗前后各项评分变化情况。结果:治疗3周后,实验组总有效率明显优于对照组;两组VAS评分和ODI评分比较,对照组低于实验组;两组JOA评分比较,对照组高于实验组。表明实验组各项指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾痹汤结合局部封闭可明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者症状,安全有效。

Objective:Clinical observation of Shenbi decoction combined with local closure therapy for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation.Methods:60 cases diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group received local closure treatment,and the experimental group took Shenbi decoction orally on the basis of Local closure.The total effective rate of treatment and the changes of scores before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.VAS score and ODI score in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group.The JOA score in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the improvement of various survey results in the control group was significantly worse than that in the experimental group,indicating that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenbi decoction combined with local closure can safely and effectively improve the symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
