苓甘五味姜辛汤加味联合穴位针刺治疗慢性支气管炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction Combined with Acupoint Acupuncture on Chronic Bronchitis

目的:探讨苓甘五味姜辛汤加味联合穴位针刺治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法:将88例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各44例,对照组给予西药联合穴位针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用苓甘五味姜辛汤加味联合穴位针刺治疗,观察比较两组患者免疫球蛋白、肺功能指标、血气分析指标。结果:治疗后治疗组患者IgM、IgG、RR、PEF、PaO_(2)水平更高,IgE、FRC、PaCO_(2)水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率为95.5%,高于对照组的77.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者不良反应发生率为2.3%,明显低于对照组的22.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苓甘五味姜辛汤加味联合穴位针刺治疗慢性支气管炎疗效较好,可改善患者肺功能及血气指标,安全性高,值得临床借鉴参考。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods:88 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine combined with acupoint acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with acupoint acupuncture.The immunoglobulin,pulmonary function index and blood gas analysis index of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of IgM,IgG,RR,PEF and PaO_(2) in the treatment group were higher,and the levels of IgE,FRC and PaCO_(2) were lower(P<0.05);The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.5%,higher than 77.3%in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.3%,significantly lower than 22.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with acupoint acupuncture is effective in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.It can improve patients’lung function and blood gas indexes,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical reference.
