基于肌筋膜链理论运用推拿手法结合施罗特疗法对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者的影响研究

Based on Myofascial Chain Theory,Massage was Used in Combination with Schrodt Therapy Effects onAdolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Patients

目的:探讨肌筋膜链推拿手法结合施罗特疗法对青少年脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者的影响。方法:选取AIS患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例患者。对照组采用施罗特疗法,观察组采用肌筋膜链推拿手法结合施罗特疗法。观察并统计分析治疗前、治疗24周后躯干旋转角、Cobb角参数、冠状面影像学参数平衡差距(CBD)与失衡、平衡状态及生活质量表-22(SRS-22)评分。结果:治疗后,两组躯干旋转角角度、Cobb角及CBD距离明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SRS-22评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组与对照组对比无明显提高(P>0.05)。此外,观察组冠状面影像学平衡更优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于肌筋膜链理论运用推拿手法结合施罗特疗法可有效降低躯干旋转角及Cobb角度数,同时可缩短冠状面CBD差距,利于恢复冠状面椎体平衡状态。但生活质量尚未有明显提升。

Objective:To investigate the effect of myofascial chain manipulation combined with Schroter therapy on adolescent scoliosis(AIS).Methods:A total of 60 patients with AIS admitted to hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Schrodt therapy,and the observation group was treated with myofascial chain manipulation combined with Schrodt therapy.Trang rotation angle,cobb angle parameters,coronal imaging parameters balance gap(CBD),loss of balance status and quality of life(SRS-22)scores were observed and analyzed statistically before and after 24 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,the rotation angle of trunk,cobb angle and CBD distance of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SRS-22 score in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant increase between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).In addition,the coronal imaging balance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Myofascial chain theory combined with Schrodt therapy can effectively reduce the rotation angle and Cobb angle of the trunk,shorten the CBD gap in the coronal plane,and restore the balance state of the coronal plane.But the quality of life has not improved significantly.
