Common Problems and Countermeasures of Individualized Processing of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pills

目的:分析中药丸剂个体化加工过程中常见问题,并提出相应对策,以供同行借鉴。方法:结合作者自身工作经验、参考有关文献,分析中药丸剂个体化加工前处理、干燥、粉碎、制软材、制丸及成品干燥等各个环节可能存在的问题,并据此提出合理可行的应对策略。结果:中药丸剂加工各个环节均可不同程度影响成品质量。结论:从业人员应多学习、多实践,善于总结工作经验,同时加强质量监测,保证成品质量。

Objective:This paper analyzes the common problems in the individualized processing of traditional Chinese medicine pills,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference by colleagues.Methods:Based on the author’s own working experience and referring to relevant literature,the possible problems in each link of individualized processing of Chinese medicine pills,such as pretreatment,drying,crushing,soft material making,pill making and finished product drying,were analyzed,and the reasonable and feasible countermeasures were put forward.Results:All the links in the processing of Chinese medicine pills can affect the quality of finished products to varying degrees.Conclusion:Employees should learn more and practice more,be good at summarizing work experience,and strengthen quality monitoring to ensure the quality of finished products.
