基于数据挖掘探讨肾阳虚证骨质疏松症用药规律

Analysis of Medication Regularity of Osteoporosis of Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Based on Data Mining

目的:总结临床治疗肾阳虚证骨质疏松症方药规律,为肾阳虚证骨质疏松症的临床用药提供依据。方法:通过检索中国期刊全文数据库中肾阳虚证骨质疏松症用药的相关文献,提取筛选符合的文献进行统计分析。结果:符合要求的文献共168篇,涉及中药208味,总用药频次为1634,其中,熟地黄、淫羊藿、骨碎补、当归、杜仲为常用药;四气以温平为主,五味以甘苦居多,归经以肝、肾、脾为主,功效注重强筋骨、补肝肾、祛风湿、补肾阳。关联规则分析提示"枸杞子,山药-山萸肉""枸杞子,山萸肉-山药""山药,熟地黄-山萸肉"为常用药对。复杂网络分析提示核心药物可认为是右归丸加减而来。结论:肾阳虚证骨质疏松症的临床用药以强筋骨为主,补肝肾为辅。

Objective:To summarize the rules of prescriptions and drugs in the clinical treatment of osteoporosis with kidney yang deficiency,so as to provide the basis for the clinical medication of osteoporosis with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:The relevant literatures of osteoporosis of kidney yang deficiency type were searched in CNKI database,and the qualified literatures were extracted and analyzed.Results:A total of 168 literatures met the requirements,involving 208 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total medication frequency of 1634,among which Rehmannia glutinosa,epimedium,drynaria,angelica and eucommia are commonly used;the four characters are mainly Wen Ping,the five tastes are mostly sweet and bitter,and the meridians are mainly liver,kidney and spleen.Association rule analysis showed that Lycium barbarum,Chinese yam and Cornus officinalis;Lycium barbarum,Cornus officinalis and Cornus officinalis;Chinese yam and prepared rehmannia glutinosa and Cornus officinalis were commonly used drug pairs;complex network analysis showed that the core drug could be considered as the addition and subtraction of Yougui Pill.Conclusion:The main clinical medication for osteoporosis of kidney yang deficiency type is strengthening muscles and bones,supplemented by tonifying liver and kidney.
