基于数据挖掘和网络药理学探讨桑椹治疗女性不孕症的用药规律和作用机制

Analysis of the Mechanism and Medication Rule of Fructus Mori Against Female Infertility Based on Data Mining and Network Pharmacology

目的:基于数据挖掘和网络药理学探讨桑椹治疗女性不孕症的用药特点及核心药物作用机制。方法:选取某院门诊中药处方的高频药物,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 21.0软件进行分析,核心药物运用网络药理学分析治疗女性不孕症的作用机制。结果:纳入354张处方,共175味中药,高频药物有33味,主要药性为温和平,药味为甘和苦,归经为肝经和肾经。网络药理学分析得到17种化合物,与女性不孕症交集靶点66个,GO分析主要涉及活性氧代谢等生物过程,KEGG富集主要涉及癌症通路等信号通路。结论:桑椹治疗女性不孕症用药规律可总结为补益肝肾、活血化瘀、收敛固涩、燥湿健脾。核心药物可能为桑椹-菟丝子-女贞子,网络药理学初步探讨了其治疗女性不孕症的作用机制,为今后的研究提供思路。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of the Fructusmoriin the treatment of female infertility,and to explore the mechanism of core drugs through network pharmacology.Methods:Choosing clinic prescriptions,using SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 21.0 to analysis.Application of network pharmacology core mechanism of drug combination in the treatment of female infertility.Results:A total of 354 prescriptions,including 175 Chinese herbs were selected,33 drugs are high-frequency,the main characteristics were Wen and Ping,the main drug taste were Gan and Ku,the main channel tropism were Liver and Kidney,Using network pharmacology to analysis the core drug treat female infertility,we get 17 active ingredients,66 common targets,GO Biological Processes include reactive oxygen species metabolic process,etc,KEGG Pathway contain Pathways in cancer,etc.Conclusion:Fructus mori treat female infertility maybe through invigorate the liver and kidney,activating blood and dissolving stasis,convergence inducing astringency,dry dampness and strengthen the spleen.Fructus mori,Cuscutae semen and Ligustri Lucidi fructus maybe the core drug,we use the network pharmacology to explore the mechanism and provide ideas for future research.
