基于护场理论探讨复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的中医诊治

Exploration on TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (RVVC) Based on Hu-chang Theory

护场理论源远流长,是判断中医外科疾病顺逆预后的指征。随着中医理论的发展,其逐渐深化为正邪交争,正气对邪气的约束过程。护场理论的延伸使其应用范围更加广泛,治疗手段也更加丰富。以护场理论为切入点探讨复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的中医诊治,总结RVVC各时期临床特点及护场变化,辨证论治,采用中医内外治法来促进护场的形成及稳固,从而降低其复发率,促进疾病向愈。以护场理论指导治疗RVVC取得了显著疗效,为临床治疗RVVC提供了新的思路。

Hu-chang theory has long history,and it is the indication to judge the prognosis of traditional Chinese surgical diseases.With the development of TCM theories,Hu-chang theory has gradually deepen into the fight between Zheng and Xie that aims to restrain Xie.Extension of Hu-chang theory makes its application scope wider and its treatment means more abundant.This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of TCM in Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis(RVVC)based on Hu-chang theory.It summarize the characteristics of pathogenesis and the change of the Hu-chang at different stages of RVVC,and internal and external trerapies of TCM which is based on syndrome differentiation treatment can reduce the recurrence rate and promote the recovery of RVVC.The new treatment under the guidance of Hu-chang theory has achieved significant effect,and also provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of RVVC.
