Clinical Experience of Using Target Prescriptions and Drugs to Treat Hypertension from the Perspective of State Target Differentiation

在高血压病发病率高、年轻化趋势加剧及其并发症对人体器官造成损害的背景下,通过借鉴仝小林院士创立的"态靶因果"理论,从态靶辨证角度,将高血压的病态概括为一个"逆"的总态及"热、湿、瘀、虚"4个分态,从中确定靶方靶药,对高血压进行纯中药辨治。

In the context of the high incidence of hypertension,the trend of patients getting younger and the damage of complications to human organs,to study and apply"state target causality"theory by Tong Xiaolin,and from the perspective of state target differentiation,to propose that the pathological state of hypertension is an"inverse"total state and a respective state of"heat""wet""stasis"and"deficiency",then select and determine the target prescription to treat hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.
