通关利窍针刺法联合调整食物形态摄食训练、吞咽康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽困难疗效观察 被引量:4

Observation on the Effect of Tongguan Liqiao Acupuncture Combined with Adjustment of Food Morphology and Intake Training and Swallowing Rehabilitation Training on Dysphagia after Stroke

摘要 目的:分析通关利窍针刺法联合调整食物形态摄食训练、吞咽康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月期间我院收治的98例脑卒中后吞咽困难患者作为研究对象,随机分成实验组与对照组各49例。对照组予以调整食物形态摄食训练、吞咽康复训练,实验组基于对照组予以通关利窍针刺法,统计对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)、SWAL-QOL评分。结果:与对照组总有效率71.43%(35/49)相比,实验组总有效率91.84%(45/49)显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后两组SSA评分较治疗前减少,实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组SWAL-QOL评分较治疗前升高,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通关利窍针刺法联合调整食物形态摄食训练、吞咽康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难效果显著,可有效改善吞咽功能,提高生活质量。 Objective:To analyze the effect of Tongguan Liqiao acupuncture combined with adjustment of food morphology and intake training and swallowing rehabilitation training on the scores of the Swallowing quality-of-life questionnaire(SWAL-QOL)for patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,98 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,49 cases respectively.The control group was given adjustment of food morphology and intake training and swallowing rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was given Tongguan Liqiao acupuncture based on the control.The clinical efficacy and Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)and SWAL-QOL scores before and after treatment were statistically compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with 71.43%(35/49)of the control group,the total effective rate of 91.84%(45/49)was significantly higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SSA scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SWAL-QOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongguan Liqiao acupuncture combined with adjustment of food morphology and intake training and swallowing rehabilitation training has a significant effect on dysphagia after stroke,which can effectively improve swallowing function and enhance the quality of life.
