壮医药对慢性乙型肝炎的认识与治疗特色

Theory of Chronic Hepatitis B in Zhuang Medicine and Its Unique Treatment

壮医是壮族人民与疾病长期斗争过程中形成的对疾病的独特认识及独有的理论体系。从壮医"毒虚致病"理论的角度阐释慢性乙型肝炎发病的根本病因,以"三道两路""三气同步"理论解析慢性乙型肝炎的发病机理,分别从内治法、外治法归纳总结壮医药对于慢性乙型肝炎的治疗特色,并对常用壮医验方药材及临床验方"白花香莲解毒颗粒"的相关研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗慢性乙型肝炎提供借鉴与参考。壮医外治法具有"简、便、廉、验、捷"的特点,亦是治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床手段的有益补充。

Zhuang medicine,a unique theory with different understanding of diseases,has been formed by Zhuang people in the longterm struggle against diseases.To discuss the root cause of chronic hepatitis B from the perspective of Zhuang medicine"toxin-deficiency causing diseases"theory,analyzes the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B with reference to theories of"three channels and two routes"and"three Qi synchronization".It summarizes the unique treatment by Zhuang medicine for chronic hepatitis B,including internal and external treatment.In addition,the related researches on commonly used Zhuang medicine prescriptions and clinical prescriptions"Baihua Xianglian Jiedu Granule"were reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B.The external treatment of Zhuang medicine has the characteristics of simplicity,convenience,inexpensiveness,experience and rapidity.It is also a beneficial supplement to the clinical treatment of CHB.
