老年人感冒证候及其演变规律研究进展

Progess in the Study of Syndrome and Evolvement Rule of Elderly Cold

感冒是最常见的呼吸道疾病,尽管是一种自限性疾病,但仍威胁着患者的身体健康甚至生命安全。老年人由于身体机能的衰退,感冒的患病率更高。而在老年人感冒的发生发展过程中,中医证候会呈现相应的演变规律。基于中医对老年人感冒的认识,对该病的中医证候特征及其演变规律进行回顾与展望,以期为老年人感冒的临床诊治提供参考。

Cold is the mostcommon respiratory disease.In spite of being a kind of self-limited disease,it still threaten patients’health and life.Due to the recession of body’s function,prevalence rate in elderly is higher.And in the process of elderly cold’s occurrence and development,the evolvement rule of syndrome of TCM will appear.Based on TCM knowledge of elderly cold,this paper reviews and prospects the syndrome characteristics and evolvement rules of this diseasein order to providing reference for clinical diagnosises and treatment.
