Research Progress of Chinese Herbal Medicine and Its Active Components with Warm in Nature in Antiviral Therapy

当前,新型冠状病毒肺炎对世界各国人民的生命健康、社会发展稳定造成了巨大的威胁与挑战。中医将此次疫情定性为"寒湿疫",基于古籍文献、现代药理学及临床研究,搜集分析治疗呼吸道不同类型易感病毒的温性中药及活性成分,以期为防控新型冠状病毒肺炎感染提供理论借鉴,为温性中药防治呼吸道易感病毒感染提供理论支撑。

COVID-19 has posed tremendous threats and challenges to public health and social development and stability of various countries.As traditional Chinese medicine characterizes COVID-19 as a"cold-dampness epidemic",to collect and analyze the Chinese herbal medicines and their active components with warm in nature for the treatment of different types of susceptible viruses in respiratory tract based on ancient literature and modern pharmacological and clinical studies,in an attempt to provide evidences for the management of COVID-19 infection and theoretical support for the treatment of susceptible viral infections in respiratory tract with Chinese herbal medicine with warm in nature.
