《活幼心书》辨治小儿汗证特色初探

Characteristics in Treating Childhood Hidrosis of Huo You Xin Shu

以《活幼心书》为依据,探讨曾世荣辨治汗证的思想。曾氏善从阴阳、气血、虚实出发,倡脏腑辨证,认为小儿汗证虚多实少。治疗上,曾氏也从气血阴阳入手,补虚泻实,顾护脾胃,重在治本,不忘治标。《活动心书》辨治思想对小儿汗证的治疗有重要指导意义。

Based on the book of Huo You Xin Shu,this paper discusses Zeng Shirong’s thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of childhood hidrosis.Based on Yin and Yang,qi and blood,deficiency and excess,Zeng advocated syndrome differentiation of viscera and believed that children’s sweat syndrome was more deficient and less excess.In terms of treatment,Zeng also started with qi and blood,Yin and Yang,replenished deficiency and eliminated excess,cared for spleen and stomach,and focused on the root causes and never forget the manifestations.The thought has important guiding significance for the treatment of childhood hidrosis.
