唐东昕教授运用黄芪-当归药对治疗癌性疲乏经验举隅

Professor Tang Dongxin’s Experience in the Treatment of Cancer Fatigue with Radix Astragali-Angelica

中医黄芪-当归药对为经典配伍之一,由于其可调气、调血,发挥益气、活血的功效,不仅构成一"法",亦构成一"方",唐东昕教授在临床中常运用该药对改善癌因性疲乏。从癌因性疲乏的病因病机、治疗原则、黄芪-当归药对的配伍功效,以及唐教授临床运用该药对治疗癌性疲乏的经验进行阐述,以期为后续研究提供理论参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine Radix Astragali-Angelica is one of the many classic compatibility,because it can regulate qi,regulate blood,play the effect of replenishing qi and activating blood,it not only constitutes a“method”,but also constitutes a“prescription”.Professor Tang Dongxin often uses this medicine to improve cancer-related fatigue in clinic.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer-related fatigue,the principle of treatment and the compatible efficacy of Radix Astragali-Angelica and Professor Tang’s clinical experience in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue,in order to provide theoretical reference for follow-up research.
