摘要
目的:确定铁皮石斛含片的制备工艺及处方。方法:以石斛多糖含量、含片干燥失重含量以及感官评分的综合评分为指标,采用正交设计确定成分配比,优选铁皮石斛含片的最佳制备工艺。结果:含片的最佳配比为:铁皮石斛超微粉20%、木糖醇78%、β-环状糊精2%、滑石粉1%、硬脂酸镁0.5%、75%乙醇制粒,每100g干颗粒喷入2%薄荷脑乙醇溶液4mL。结论:该配方下的石斛含片色泽均匀,口感较好,表面光滑,融化时间和硬度适宜,质量稳定。
Objective:To determine the Dendrobium officinale buccal tablets preparation technology and prescription.Methods:The optimal preparation of Dendrobium officinale buccal tablets was determined by orthogonal design with the content of polysaccharide,weight loss and sensory score as the indexes.Results:The optimal ratio of lozenges was:dendrobium 20%,xylitol 78%,da-cyclodextrin 2%,talc 1%,magnesium stearate 0.5%,75%ethanol granulation,and 4 mL of 2%menthol ethanol solution was sprayed into every 100 g of dry particles.Conclusion:The Dendrobium officinale buccal tablets contained in this formula has uniform color,good taste,smooth surface,suitable melting time and hardness,and stable quality.
